Edelweiss and its owner Monika were both born of Austrian heritage. The daughter of an Austrian ski instructor who moved to the Reno/Tahoe area, Monika was raised on a strict diet of goulash and moguls. Her dream was to share her love of food and skiing with others and thus was Edelweiss Pub born.

Created in 2017 when co-founders Jason McGowan and Sawyer Hemsley teamed up on a quest to bake the perfect chocolate chip cookie, they dreamt of bringing people together over a box of the best cookies in the world. GOLDEN STATE CIDER

Golden State Cider produces dry, West Coast-style hard ciders made from 100% fresh-pressed West Coast apples, with a focus on minimal intervention, fresh ingredients, and highlighting local farms.

Their ciders are known for their clean, crisp, and bright flavors, with varieties ranging from bone-dry to lightly sweet and incorporating unique infusions like passionfruit, guava, or hibiscus

EP LISTENING LOUNGE

Coffee by day. Cocktails by night. United by the beat. The EP is a cozy, mid century-inspired lounge set in Reno, NV, where the highest quality flavors and sounds come together.

In the morning, our coffee shop serves a full menu of pour over coffee and specialty drinks fueled by the best local roasters in Northern Nevada.

In the evening, our full bar sets the mood with musically inspired cocktails and vinyl selections pumping through a vintage, hi-fi sound system.
