Smooth and deceptively refreshing, it layers notes of dark chocolate, toasted bread, and caramel with bright orange zest and a touch of tart raspberry. The citrus lifts the roasted malt while the raspberry adds a vibrant snap, creating a beer that drinks lighter and livelier than its deep color suggests.

Submission Agreement, Assignment, & Release

This Beer Name Submission Agreement, Assignment & Release ("Agreement") is entered into by and between Reno River Fest ("RRF," "Sponsor," "we," "us") and the individual submitting an entry ("you," "Submitter").

By submitting a beer name to the Reno River Fest beer name competition ("Contest"), you acknowledge that you have read, understand, and agree to be bound by this Agreement.

1) Eligibility

You represent and warrant that:

• You are at least 18 years old and have the legal right to enter into this Agreement; and

• Your submission is made voluntarily and without expectation of payment.

2) Submission

A "Submission" includes the proposed beer name and any related words, phrases, taglines, descriptions, artwork, or other content you provide in connection with the Contest.

3) No Compensation; Recognition Only

You understand and agree that:

• You will not receive any compensation, royalties, prize money, reimbursement, or other payment for your Submission or for Sponsor’s use of your Submission.

• The only potential consideration you may receive is recognition/credit, which may include a mention of your name and/or social media handle on social media and other promotional platforms, at Sponsor’s sole discretion.

• Sponsor is not obligated to provide any recognition.

4) Assignment of Rights; Sponsor Ownership

In exchange for the opportunity to participate in the Contest (and any discretionary recognition), you hereby irrevocably assign, transfer, and convey to Sponsor all right, title, and interest worldwide in and to the Submission, including all intellectual property and proprietary rights, and all rights to use, reproduce, publish, adapt, modify, create derivative works from, display, perform, distribute, commercialize, and otherwise exploit the Submission for any purpose, in any media now known or later developed, in perpetuity.

Sponsor will be the exclusive owner of the Submission, including the beer name, and may register trademarks or other rights in Sponsor’s name.

5) Waiver of Moral Rights

To the maximum extent permitted by law, you waive any "moral rights," "droit moral," rights of attribution, and rights of integrity you may have in the Submission, and you agree not to assert any such rights against Sponsor or Sponsor’s partners.

6) Sponsor’s Right to Modify; No Obligation to Use

You acknowledge that Sponsor may:

• Use the Submission as submitted or modify it (including changing spelling, formatting, punctuation, or combining it with other concepts);

• Choose not to use the Submission at all; and

• Select the same or a similar name from another entrant or from any other source.

Sponsor has no obligation to (a) select your Submission, (b) provide credit, or (c) provide updates about the Contest.

7) Submitter Representations and Warranties

You represent, warrant, and agree that:

• Your Submission is original to you and created by you (or you have all necessary permissions to submit it);

• Your Submission does not infringe or misappropriate any third party’s rights, including trademark, copyright, privacy, or publicity rights;

• Your Submission is not defamatory, obscene, hateful, or unlawful, and does not include any content that violates Sponsor policies or applicable law;

• Your Submission does not include confidential information belonging to you or anyone else; and

• You have the authority to enter into this Agreement.

8) Release of Claims

To the fullest extent permitted by law, you release and discharge Sponsor and its officers, directors, employees, agents, volunteers, contractors, affiliates, successors, and assigns (collectively, the "Released Parties") from any and all claims, demands, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to:

• The Contest;

• Sponsor’s use or non-use of your Submission;

• Any modification of your Submission; or

• Any intellectual property, privacy, publicity, or other rights claims relating to the Submission.

9) Indemnity

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the Released Parties from and against any claims, damages, liabilities, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from or related to:

• Your breach of this Agreement; or

• Any allegation that your Submission infringes or violates a third party’s rights.

10) Publicity Permission (Name/Handle/Likeness)

You grant Sponsor permission to use your name, city/state, likeness (if provided), and social media handle in connection with the Contest and any promotion, advertising, marketing, and publicity related to Sponsor and the Contest, in any media worldwide, without additional compensation.

11) Privacy

Sponsor may collect and use the information you provide (e.g., name, email, handle) for purposes of administering the Contest and related promotion. Sponsor will handle personal information consistent with Sponsor’s posted privacy practices (if any).

12) Governing Law; Venue

This Agreement will be governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. You agree that any dispute arising under this Agreement will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Washoe County, Nevada, and you consent to personal jurisdiction and venue there.

13) Severability

If any provision of this Agreement is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

14) Entire Agreement

This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and Sponsor regarding the Submission and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous communications or understandings.

15) Electronic Acceptance

Submission through an online form, email, or other electronic method constitutes your electronic signature and acceptance of this Agreement.
